We highly encourage your presence during the inspection. By being present at the inspection our professional inspector can familiarize you with the home and explain things to you as they move through the house.

We subscribe to ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) Standards of Practice, Code of Ethics and Wisconsin Statutes and Administrative Code relating to the Practice of Home Inspectors.
We also suscribe to AARST-NRPP (American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists / National Radon Proficiency Program) for radon testing and evaluation.
