Two new fact sheets are now available to help explain Property Transfer Well Inspection requirements to buyers and sellers:
• "Property Transfer Well Inspections - A fact sheet for buyers and sellers"
• "Understanding your Property Transfer Well Inspection Results - A fact sheet for buyers and sellers"
We hope you will find these fact sheets helpful, and share them with your customers.
Inspectors should now use the recently-updated Form 3300-221 for Property Transfer Well and Pressure System Inspections. The 11/19 form revision includes clearer wording in the list of noncomplying features, a new check-box in the Comments section, three options for the Compliance Determination, and additional explanations above the signature. Discard any older copies of the form and use the 11/19 version for your inspections.
